We ship all orders within 5-7 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for handmade or custom items. Shipping times may vary based on location and chosen shipping method.  We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Due to the nature of our homemade products and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless a product arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
